This article introduces us to a website called JustWatch. You can type in any show or movie you are looking for and it will show everywhere it is available to stream. 

The Business Article: Anime is Booming: So Why Are Animators Living in Poverty?

This article talks about how Anime is really taking off in Japan yet the animators for the shows are not getting paid very much. They work long hours, in not the best work conditions, and get paid for as little as $200 a month. A lot of them want to stay in animation but have to consider leaving as they move to start families and grow their lives.
